Best of 2018 | Nashville Wedding & Family Photographer

It’s always fun to look back on a year and see where photography has taken us. In this profession we are blessed to meet so many different people and visit new places along the way. This year took us back to our home away from home, Australia, which is always fun. We made stops in Kentucky, St. Louis, and Chicago as well. Cali, our daughter, came along for the ride even to AU twice!

It’s been a fun journey being able to see good friends get married, our previous clients having babies, capturing a whole family being together over the holidays, and so many more things that make this “job” rewarding. We like to live life knowing that it’s all about relationships and how we connect with others and it’s humbling to look back on a year and see that photography has enabled us to live on the front lines and witness how all these people value relationships- be it a surprise proposal, an engagement session, spouses on a wedding day, a brand new child within the first week or two of entering this world, or a family/extended family capturing the love they have for one another over Thanksgiving/Christmas. Our hope is that we not only capture the moment, but we make you feel exactly what they feel in the photo- smiles, laughs, shock, or tears. If you truly feel it, then we’ve done our job. Here’s a look back on 2018…
