Stephen & Kellie | Destination Wedding Photographer | Dublin, Ireland
It's not everyday we're able to hop on a plane, fly overseas to Ireland, and shoot a beautiful wedding, but it was our reality back in July. Stephen and Kellie asked us to shoot their wedding in the heart of Dublin at St. Agatha’s Parish, followed by their reception at Thomas Prior Hall a while back. We usually meet our couples for coffee at a local coffee shop or a place like Panera, but this time was different. It was unique. We skyped! We live in Nashville, they live in Dallas, Stephan is from Ireland, Greg is from Australia....so why not, right? It only makes sense that we meet in Dublin, experience a true Irish wedding and have SO MUCH FUN while shooting it. I always enjoy watching the bride and groom interact throughout the day and I always strive to capture those natural moments they share together that portray their love. Those times they don't know the cameras are on them, with one snap, you capture their love in the most honest form. Kellie and Stephen made our job easy. It is clear to everyone who spends time with them how much they love each other and it was beautiful to see. We had such a great time - fun stories were shared, so many laughs were had and the dancing......the Irish know how to dance the night away (and into the morning)! Such a great trip! Greg and I love travelling and photography has opened up some great opportunities for us to visit many places. Stephen and Kellie...thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your special day. We feel so fortunate to be able to capture it and give you something you will never forget. You guys are great!
