When I met my husband I was convinced that I had never and will probably never meet a more selfless, caring man who will love me to the point where sometimes I feel unworthy or even awkward and put my needs above his for the rest of our lives.......but after meeting John and seeing the way he treats Amanda I have to say he gives Greg a run for his money (don't tell Greg I said that though). Anyone that knows John knows him to be a genuine guy through and through. Then there's Amanda... she is such a sweetheart, beautiful inside and out! She was so easy to work with on her wedding day with her laid-back nature. I mean, they're just perfect for each other!
You know what else was absolutely perfect...let me paint a picture for you:
I was upstairs shooting the photo booth during the reception. My legs were getting a little tired and I needed a bit of a break so I grabbed my husband to man the photo booth while I went downstairs in the back room to rest and sip on some yummmy fruit tea that Mint Springs Farm provides. I was feeling nice and relaxed until a beautiful noise suddenly filled my ear holes and I HAD TO jump up to see what was going on. 'What was it' you ask??? John had gotten ahold of the mic (pause there...if you know John, you know where this could lead), stepped up to the railing of the balcony that overlooked the whole crowd and led in "SWEEEEEET CAROLINE!!!! (buhm buhm buhm!)"
Perfect, just perfect. Absolutely perfect.
John and Amanda, thank you guys so much for inviting us in to join you on one of the most important days of your lives. We had fun!
